How to Integrate Poptin with Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM is an OAuth connection, not an API-key paste. In Poptin, Add Integration → Zoho CRM → Authenticate → Approve, then publish. Documented fields: name, email, phone. A test lead should land in Zoho Leads.
Source: How to integrate your poptin with Zoho CRM?, updated 15 November 2024. Product: Poptin, integrations.
How do I connect them?
- Log in to Poptin. Open the Popups dashboard.
- Click the pencil next to the popup → Edit Design.
- Scroll to Email and Integrations → Add Integration.

- Find Zoho CRM and click Authenticate. Sign in to Zoho and allow access.
- Click Approve.

- Click Next or Publish Changes in the top right.
The popup needs an email field. Documented payload:
- Name
- Phone
No custom-field mapping is documented. If you need a Zoho custom field filled, this native connector will not do it.
If the test lead is missing, you skipped publish, or Zoho parked it in a view you are not looking at. Check Leads, not Contacts. Re-authenticate if the Zoho session expired.
