Capsule. Click the form in the campaign → left sidebar IntegrationsConstant Contact → paste API key and access token → pick the list and field map. Source: Connect your form to an email provider, updated 9 July 2026.

The vendor guide requests an API key and access token. Confirm current credential requirements rather than assuming a token from another integration is interchangeable. These steps have not been tested in a live account.

How do you connect it?

1. Open the Adoric campaign that has the form. Click the form.

2. Left sidebar → IntegrationsConstant Contact.

3. Enter the API key and access token.

4. Choose the list and which Adoric fields go where.

5. Save. Submit an address you control. Confirm it in Constant Contact before you publish.

Verify the form-to-contact journey

Decide which account, destination and fields the campaign needs before saving the connection. Record the campaign, controlled test address and submission time, then inspect the destination contact. Check the actual values rather than only the presence of a contact record.

Observation Next check
Authorization fails Confirm the account, accepted credential type and permissions
Contact is missing Check the form's selected integration and whether the submission succeeded
Contact exists with incomplete data Compare field mapping and destination validation requirements
Contact exists but no follow-up arrives Inspect the automation's entry rules and contact state

Change one suspected cause at a time. Do not rotate credentials as a default diagnostic step because other connections may depend on them. If replacement is required, coordinate it with the account owner and verify dependent workflows afterward.

Keep the source limits visible

The short setup article does not establish every plan entitlement, property mapping or delivery failure mode. A saved connection is not evidence of completed welcome automation. It also does not establish that the same submission is retained in Adoric Leads as a backup; confirm the selected destination behavior before relying on it.

See Adoric integrations and the lead-generation guide for the surrounding workflow.
