How to Create a Lead Generation Campaign on Adoric?
How do you build the campaign?
1. In Adoric, open Campaigns and hit the +.
2. Use the Wizard. The first category is Grow your email list. Choose the category that matches the intended offer; forms can also be added as elements.
3. Pick a template. You can swap it later. How to use templates.
4. Click the form. Pencil icon on a field to rename it. Add fields or reorder them on the left sidebar. Hidden fields exist; the visitor never sees them, you do.
5. Still on the form, open Integrations. Default is Adoric Leads. Confirm the intended destination before publishing rather than assuming the default matches your workflow. Shopify: Adoric Leads also writes into Shopify Admin → Customers.
6. Open Redirect on the same sidebar. Help's options:
- Step (default is next step, e.g. a thank-you)
- Show a thank-you message
- Redirect to another Adoric campaign
- Spin lucky wheel and show step
7. Set audience and triggers (time, scroll, exit intent, event). Publish. If you need to look at it on production without blasting everyone, Adoric's "test before publishing" trick is a URL parameter on Placement.
8. New rows show under Leads.
Define the form data before publishing
| Field decision | What to document |
|---|---|
| Visible inputs | Information needed for the promised follow-up |
| Hidden inputs | Why the value is captured and where it should appear |
| Destination | Adoric Leads or the selected external integration |
| Duplicate handling | Whether an existing contact may submit again |
| Success action | The message, step or campaign shown after submission |
A hidden field is not a place to store a secret. Test the actual captured values rather than assuming that labels in the editor match the destination fields. Keep consent and subscription state distinct from the mere presence of an email address.
Test fresh and repeated submissions
The Adoric Leads guide documents optional duplicate validation for a specific campaign or across past campaigns. Confirm the selected scope before interpreting a rejected repeat submission as a technical failure.
Use an address you control for a fresh signup and inspect the destination record. Then test the intended repeat-submission behavior. Check the success action independently: showing a thank-you message does not establish that an external welcome automation admitted the contact.
| Failure | Next check |
|---|---|
| Form does not accept a fresh test | Inspect required fields, validation and the visible error |
| Repeat submission is rejected | Review the configured duplicate-validation scope |
| Submission succeeds but destination is missing | Inspect the form's actual integration and field mapping |
| Contact exists but follow-up is absent | Check the destination automation's entry rules and contact state |
| Success screen is wrong | Review the form's Redirect setting and the selected next step |
Record the campaign, test time, destination and point of failure. These are editorial verification suggestions, not results from a live merchant account. Product documentation was checked September 6, 2026.

Web plans meter pageviews, not form submits. A lead-gen popup on a busy blog still burns the Basic $100 / 300k bucket even when most visitors close it.
