Hello Bar password reset depends on how the account was created. The help article I forgot my password, how can I reset it? (modified 6 July 2022) is still the public walkthrough as of 23 August 2026.

How do you reset a password you actually set?

What if you signed up with Google?

Hello Bar did not store a password. Support will not reset one. On the sign-in page, click Login With Google and use that Google account. Mixing an email/password reset with a Google-only account is why people think they are locked out.
