How to Integrate OptiMonk with Keap

Emel DalabasmazUpdated August 23, 20261 min read

Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) still connects per OptiMonk campaign: Edit settings → Add new integration → Keap → Authenticate. OptiMonk's 23 December 2025 article is the live reference. The integration has not been removed.

A form fill on that campaign then creates or updates the contact in Keap, with the tags and fields you map.

Connect Keap to a campaign

  1. Log in to OptiMonk.
  2. Campaigns → open the campaign.
  3. Edit settings.
  4. Under Add integration, click Add new integration.
  5. Select Keap.

  1. Name the integration.
  2. Click Authenticate. You go to Keap (or straight to the allow screen if you are already signed in).
  3. Pick the Keap app the contacts should land in. Allow.
  4. Back in OptiMonk, Edit settings again if you left the page, then Add new integration and pick the saved Keap credentials under global integrations.

  1. Choose Keap tags (created in Keap), map OptiMonk inputs to Keap fields, add static fields if you want a campaign label on every contact.
  2. Done and Next.

Repeat for each campaign that should write to Keap. Saved credentials mean you do not re-authenticate every time.

If Keap is not in the list, you have the wrong campaign type (no form) or you need a webhook instead: OptiMonk webhooks. Other ESPs: OptiMonk integrations.
