OptiMonk still installs on BigCommerce through Script Manager, but the snippet now belongs in the Header, not the Footer. Copy it from Profile → Settings → Insert code, then create a Script on All pages.
Ontraport still connects with an App ID and API key, not OAuth. OptiMonk's 3 January 2026 article is live, so the integration has not been dropped. You paste both values on the campaign, then map fields.
Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) still connects per OptiMonk campaign: Edit settings → Add new integration → Keap → Authenticate. OptiMonk's 23 December 2025 article is the live reference. The integration has not been removed.
You still install OptiMonk through Google Tag Manager as a Custom HTML tag on All Pages. The copy-code step now starts on the OptiMonk dashboard embed prompt, not a left-menu Insert code link.
OptiMonk's webhook integration is still here: you paste a URL on the campaign and OptiMonk POSTs the form data. It needs an endpoint you control. If you do not have a developer, use Zapier instead.
OptiMonk no longer asks for Klaviyo public and private API keys. As of the April 2026 help article, you authenticate with OAuth, pick a list and map fields. Older screenshots of Create Private API key are out of date.
