OptiMonk Integrations 2026

Visit OptiMonk

Connect OptiMonk to Klaviyo (OAuth, not API keys), BigCommerce, Keap, Ontraport, Google Tag Manager or a webhook. The old Klaviyo private-key screenshots are out of date.

Integration options and setup checks

Choose the connection for your workflow, then verify what reaches the destination. These are source-based findings; the checks below are our evaluation guidance, not hands-on test results.

Klaviyo authentication and lists

The April 2026 guide uses account authentication, followed by list selection and field mapping.

Availability:
Native campaign integration documented by OptiMonk.
Before you rely on it:
Check the selected account and list with a fresh test contact. Older API-key instructions may not match this flow.

Klaviyo coupon properties

The documented mapping can pass the displayed coupon into a custom property for email templates.

Availability:
Requires the campaign field binding and destination template to use that property.
Before you rely on it:
Confirm that the received email contains the same usable reward promised in the popup.

Email and CRM connectors

The directory lists Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Brevo, Omnisend and other destinations.

Availability:
Vendor-listed native connections; provider-specific setup still needs checking.
Before you rely on it:
Confirm support for the fields and action you need rather than treating a logo as proof of complete two-way synchronization.

Commerce and CMS connections

Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, WordPress and other platforms appear in the directory.

Availability:
Installation method and commerce capabilities depend on the platform.
Before you rely on it:
Check the store condition or coupon workflow separately from whether a basic popup renders.

Webhooks and Zapier

The directory provides webhook and Zapier routes for connecting other marketing tools.

Availability:
Vendor-listed connection options.
Before you rely on it:
Decide who monitors failed deliveries and validate the destination payload before sending production traffic.

Suggested setup checks

Verify the full subscriber journey

An installed script and a saved connector are useful milestones; verify delivery before sending traffic.

  1. Record the intended journey

Write down the store, campaign, destination account, list and expected follow-up. Keep a separate pass/fail result for popup display, contact delivery and automation.

  2. Use the connector’s own setup guide

Choose the authentication and field mapping documented for that destination. A successful connection to one marketing tool does not validate another.

  3. Inspect a controlled submission

Submit a test address you control. Compare each submitted value with the resulting profile, including the coupon if used. Record the campaign and submission time.

  4. Check the final action

Complete any confirmation, inspect the expected message and test the relevant tracking or flow condition. Escalate with the failed step and a redacted example; exclude credentials and real customer details.

Questions before you decide

Frequently asked questions

How do I connect OptiMonk to Klaviyo now?

The April 2026 guide uses account authentication from the campaign’s integration settings. Select the Klaviyo account, grant access, choose the destination list and map the fields. Use this current workflow when an older tutorial asks you to paste API keys.

Can OptiMonk pass a popup coupon into a Klaviyo email?

Yes. The guide maps the displayed coupon to a Klaviyo custom property that can be used in an email template. Test that the delivered email contains the same usable code as the popup; saving the mapping is only the configuration step.

Does installing OptiMonk also configure my marketing destination?

Treat these as separate checks. Installing the app or snippet makes on-site campaigns possible; the selected campaign still needs its intended destination and field mapping. Verify both display and contact delivery before declaring the integration complete.

What if my marketing tool is not in the native integration list?

OptiMonk lists webhooks and Zapier alongside native connectors. Before selecting either route, confirm which fields the destination needs, who maintains the connection and how failed deliveries will be noticed. Availability of a connector does not prove that your particular workflow is supported.

Why is my Klaviyo subscriber missing after submission?

Check the selected account and list, then check confirmation. With double opt-in enabled, the subscriber must accept the confirmation email before joining the list. Use a test address you control to follow that step before treating the missing list entry as a failed transfer.

Does OptiMonk use the same authentication for Omnisend and Klaviyo?

No. The current Klaviyo guide uses account authentication; Omnisend’s June 2026 guide uses an API key copied from its Apps connection. Follow the destination-specific instructions, then verify the campaign mapping.

Why is my Omnisend contact present but tracking is missing?

Contact delivery and event tracking are separate. Omnisend says OptiMonk form signups do not automatically track contact events and directs users to JavaScript contact identification. Check that setup for event-based automation; for welcome messages, also inspect the welcome-email setting and campaign tags used by the flow.

Does Omnisend preserve OptiMonk custom field types?

Omnisend documents custom values arriving as strings, including number and date inputs. Field names are case-sensitive and allow Latin letters, numbers and underscores. Inspect a sample value in the destination before building a numeric or date-based segment.
