How to Cancel OptiMonk Subscription?
OptiMonk no longer uses an Upgrade Plan → Cancel subscription path. As of the 19 November 2025 help article, you cancel by downgrading to the Free plan from Subscription.

What is the Refund Policy of OptiMonk?
OptiMonk still refunds the first payment if you ask within 14 days, with no explanation required. That rule is in the 29 July 2025 help article and in the terms of service. After day 14, canceling only stops the next charge.

You cannot switch the template on an existing OptiMonk campaign. That is still OptiMonk's own help-centre rule, last updated 19 November 2025. Create a new campaign from the template you want, or duplicate the old one and restyle the copy. Pause or delete the original so two overlays do not fire on the same URL.
