How to Cancel OptiMonk Subscription?

OptiMonk documents cancellation through Profile → Subscription → Downgrade under Free Plan. Afterward, verify the subscription status in your account rather than assuming that closing the page completed the change.

Downgrade the subscription

1. Sign in to the intended OptiMonk account.
2. Open the profile icon in the bottom-left corner and select Subscription.
3. Select Downgrade under the Free plan and complete the account’s confirmation steps.
4. Review the resulting subscription status and retain any confirmation.

The guide says the account returns to Free, templates and account data remain accessible, and upgrading again is possible. It does not provide a complete account-specific schedule of billing changes. Check the confirmation and billing details for your own subscription.

Verify what you intended to change

If the downgrade control is unavailable, contact OptiMonk support with the account email and billing method. Avoid guessing an alternative cancellation path or removing an app as a substitute for confirmed billing status.
