How to Ask for a Refund from OptinMonster?

Emel DalabasmazUpdated August 23, 20261 min read

OptinMonster documents this on How to Request a Refund and in the terms.

The rules, as they print them:

  • Full refund within 14 days of an eligible first-time purchase.
  • Free trials and renewals are not eligible.
  • No full or partial refund after day 14.
  • Canceling the subscription does not process a refund. You still have to ask.

1. Log in and click Help at the top of the dashboard.

2. Click Submit a Ticket at the bottom of that panel.

3. In What can we help you with today? choose I would like to request a refund. Add a reason if you want. They ask for it.

4. Submit. They say they reply by email in normal support hours. If nothing arrives in 24–48 hours, send it again.

A prorated refund on an annual plan after a few months is a no. The same docs tell you to buy monthly if you only wanted a short run. Current annual vs monthly numbers: OptinMonster pricing.
