How to add Popupsmart team members in 2026, by plan seats

Q: How do I invite someone?

Log in. Bottom left → Account → Team members . The screenshot still says Subaccounts. The current label is Team members. Same corner of the account menu. Add teammate . Enter the email, Next. Toggle Campaign Access or Full Access , then Send Invitation . They switch accounts from a dropdown at the top of their own login. You can change permissions or remove a teammate from the arrow on the right of their row. Need more seats? Upgrade or look at the vendor's Agency plan , which is not priced on the public page.

Popupsmart now labels these as team members, not subaccounts. The dashboard path is Account → Team members. They can build and track campaigns. They cannot change billing, the plan, or download invoices.
