Here is the Popupsmart help page! Here, you can find answers to common questions about using Popupsmart to create and manage popups for your website.
Three ways: Google Fonts from Style → Text Size & Colors → More fonts; custom CSS on the element's class with !important; or upload ttf, otf, or woff under Settings → Custom Fonts. Paid plans only for custom fonts and CSS.
URL targeting is Segment → Add audience targeting → URL Targeting. Show or hide by contains or matches. Homepage is '/'. There is a Check box to test a URL before you publish.
Exit intent lives under Segment → Edit Segment → User behaviour. Desktop fires on mouse-leave; mobile fires on upward-scroll speed. Turn the campaign on, and enable mobile if you need it there.
Popupsmart analytics (views, interaction, leads, conversion rate) are on paid plans, not Free. Open them from the campaign card, the builder, or the Analytics tab. Filter by campaign and date.
Upgrade from Account → Billing → Upgrade Plan. Stripe prorates unused days of the current paid plan. A/B testing needs Advanced or higher. Confirm the refund window in Stripe; the pricing page disagrees with itself.
Popupsmart now labels these as team members, not subaccounts. Invite from Account → Team members. Free has zero seats. Basic has one. They cannot change billing.
A Popupsmart popup will not show until the domain is verified. Embed the code once, add the website, click Unverified, open the site, then Refresh. You can also verify from the Publish step.
Popupsmart installs as one JavaScript snippet. Copy Embed Code from the dashboard, paste it once before </body>, add the domain, then verify it. Shopify stores should use the app listing instead of theme.liquid.
