How Can I See My Campaign Metrics on Popupsmart?
Popupsmart analytics (views, interaction, leads, conversion rate) are on paid plans, not Free. That gate is on popupsmart.com/pricing as of 23 August 2026. Open them from the campaign card, the builder, or the Analytics tab.

What are the three ways in?
- Campaigns list: click the analytics icon on the campaign card.
- Inside a published campaign: Analytics and Leads icons in the builder.
- Left menu → Analytics. Pick the campaign from the dropdown.
How do I read the Analytics page?
- Choose the campaign at the top.
- Set a Date range. Daily, weekly, and monthly summaries are available.
- Scroll for country, referrer, and page. The features page also lists device, browser, and screen resolution.
Leads themselves sit in the Leads table, not only in the chart. You can export. If an email platform is connected, compare its contact and consent records with the captured leads. The two systems may represent different stages of the signup journey.
Compare like-for-like periods
Record the selected campaign, date range and filters before comparing results. A promotion week and an ordinary week may attract different visitors or use a different offer. Keep those changes alongside the numbers rather than attributing every increase to the popup design.
| Question | Check before interpreting the result |
|---|---|
| Did engagement improve? | Compare the same event definition and audience denominator |
| Did the list grow? | Distinguish submissions from confirmed new subscribers |
| Why do two systems disagree? | Compare date windows, contact state and event definitions |
| Did the campaign improve revenue? | Verify the attribution method and downstream order evidence |
For an illustrative example, 20 captured leads and 15 confirmed new subscribers are not necessarily conflicting totals. They may describe different stages. Inspect duplicate, confirmation and delivery states before deciding which explanation fits the records. These numbers are examples, not observed Popupsmart data.
Investigate a missing or unexpected result
First confirm the campaign and date filter. Then perform a controlled visit that meets the campaign rules and record what actually happened: display, interaction, submission and destination arrival. Do not assume a missing lead means a display event failed, or that a displayed conversion establishes a completed purchase.
If an analytics control is missing, check the selected account and current plan entitlement. Confirm any external analytics integration separately; its existence does not establish that it reproduces the native dashboard or is available under the same plan.
Keep the conclusions within the evidence
A higher dashboard rate alone does not prove the campaign caused incremental revenue. Record changes to traffic, targeting, offers and tracking with the review. Where the definition of a metric or the attribution window is unclear, obtain that definition before presenting a precise comparison.
These are editorial interpretation checks, not a report of a live campaign test. See Popupsmart pricing for plan research and the upgrade guide for billing steps.
Questions before you decide
Frequently asked questions
When do Analytics and Leads icons appear inside a Popupsmart campaign?
The metrics guide says these icons appear after the popup is published. It also documents access from the campaign card and the main Analytics tab.
Which results does Popupsmart’s Analytics date filter show?
The guide says campaign analytics reflect the selected start and end dates for the selected campaign. Record both settings when comparing or sharing a report.
