Connect Popupsmart to Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Shopify, Zapier or Sendloop via Zapier. HubSpot only lists static lists in the dropdown.
Sendloop is not a native Popupsmart integration. You pipe it through Zapier: trigger New Popup Form Data, action Add or Remove Subscribers. Make.com is the other option the vendor mentions.
The 2026 path is the Shopify app, not theme.liquid. Install from the App Store, pick a campaign goal, publish. theme.liquid still works if you already use the web app on a custom theme.
Zapier is the long tail when Mailchimp or Klaviyo is not enough. Connect Zapier on the form, copy the API key, submit the form once, then Test trigger in Zapier. An empty campaign will fail the test.
HubSpot needs a static list. Connect from the form: Add integration → HubSpot → Connect account. Dynamic lists do not show in the dropdown. The domain must be verified.
Klaviyo needs a private API key and a list. Connect it on the Popupsmart form element, pick the list, map fields. Shopify stores usually want this plus the embed app, not a second capture tool.
Mailchimp connects on the form element, not as a site-wide toggle. Create an API key under Account & billing → Extras, paste it, pick the audience, map fields. The website must already be verified.
ActiveCampaign connects on the form with an API URL and key from Settings → Developer. Account name is the subdomain without .activehosted.com. Master Contact List works if you have not made your own.
