How to Integrate Popupsmart with Sendloop via Zapier

Emel DalabasmazUpdated September 6, 20262 min read

The documented Sendloop workflow uses Zapier between Popupsmart and Sendloop. Check the selected operation, destination list and received subscriber—not just the connection status.

Source: Popupsmart’s official setup guide, checked September 6, 2026. The checks below are editorial recommendations, not client implementation results.

Set up the connection

  1. Prepare Popupsmart, Zapier and Sendloop accounts, a verified website and a campaign with a form.
  2. In Zapier, select Popupsmart → New Popup Form Data and the Sendloop Add or Remove Subscribers action described by the vendor.
  3. Connect Popupsmart with the key from the form’s Zapier integration and select the campaign.
  4. Connect Sendloop using the key under Settings → API Settings.
  5. Select the Sendloop list, map the fields, test the action and inspect the result before turning on the Zap.

Keep API keys in the connection setup and out of shared screenshots. Review any downstream messages or other actions before sending a test.

Verify the workflow

Decision What to verify
Operation The action is configured to produce the intended subscriber change; the combined action label alone is not enough.
Destination The Sendloop account and list belong to the intended brand and campaign.
Mapping Email and optional fields use the actual submitted values.
Result The controlled subscriber appears in the intended list with the expected state.

Use a test address you control. For the Popupsmart trigger setup and sample submission, follow the Zapier guide. After activation, submit a fresh entry to check the live path rather than relying only on the editor’s sample action.

If the trigger receives data but Sendloop does not show the expected result, inspect the configured operation, list and action error before reconnecting everything. If a subscriber is present but no follow-up occurs, investigate subscription and automation settings separately.

The cited guide does not define every existing-subscriber or repeated-submission outcome. Test a controlled existing subscriber if that case matters. Before replaying an action, inspect whether it already changed the destination record.

Keep a handoff record

Record the campaign, destination, test time and result at each stage. Save connection names rather than keys. Check the account’s available automation capacity before launch; this setup guide does not establish your plan’s task allowance.

Return to Popupsmart integrations for other destinations. This guide documents the Zapier route; it does not establish that every other possible connection method is unavailable.

Questions before you decide

Frequently asked questions

Where can I check the result of the Sendloop integration?

The vendor directs readers to Sendloop’s Subscribers page and Popupsmart’s Leads view. Compare your controlled test entry across the two, including the intended Sendloop list rather than only the presence of an address.
