How to Turn Off the Hello Bar Branding?

Emel DalabasmazUpdated August 23, 20261 min read

Hello Bar puts an (H) logo on units unless you are on a paid plan and you turn it off. The help article How to Turn OFF the Hello Bar Branding (modified 23 June 2020) is still in the FAQ folder as of 23 August 2026. The 2026 pricing grid lists Remove HB logo on the paid columns.

Starter keeps the logo. That matches the August 2023 plan article: free units "will always show the Hello Bar branding." Upgrade first: Hello Bar pricing.

  1. Log in at hellobar.com.
  2. Go to Manage. On the right, click the gear and choose Edit.
toggling on/ off to edit the Hello Bar branding
  1. In the editor, open Settings.
  2. Turn Hello Bar branding off.
  3. Save (and publish, if the builder still wants a separate publish).

The toggle is per unit. Turning it off on one campaign does not hide the logo on the others.

The June 2020 article names "Growth or Elite." Premium is the later middle tier. The 2026 feature table shows logo removal on Growth, Premium and Elite, not on Starter.

What we could not verify

  • Whether a global account switch exists. Public docs only show a per-popup Settings toggle.
  • Exact label in the 2026 editor. The article and screenshot are from 2020.

Vendor help: branding article. Product: Hello Bar.
