How Can I Delete My Poptin Account?
Emel DalabasmazFree-plan accounts delete themselves from Settings → Profile. Paid accounts cannot. Move to Free first, or email contact@poptin.com and ask them to delete it. Export leads before you confirm. Deletion is permanent.

How do I delete a Free plan account?
- Log in.
- Open Settings → Profile.
- Find Delete your account permanently at the bottom.
- Confirm.
If that control is missing, you are not on Free. Check Billing.
How do I delete a paid account?
Two options, both from the same help article:
- Open Billing, move to the Free plan, then use the Profile delete control.
- Email contact@poptin.com from the account address and ask them to delete it.
Cancelling the subscription is not the same as deleting the account. Cancel stops the charge. The campaigns, leads and snippet stay until you delete.
What should I export first?
Leads, campaign list, and any integration mappings you will rebuild elsewhere. Poptin does not say it will give the data back. If you need a replacement popup tool, start at Poptin alternatives.
