Why might Poptin count fewer visitors than my pageview report?
The pricing FAQ counts unique visitors over the last 30 days rather than each page load. One person can load several pages while counting once. Cookie deletion or a different browser or device can change identification, so the totals need not match an analytics pageview report.
What should I check when a coupon is captured but not usable?
Test the displayed code at the intended checkout and compare it with the code delivered after submission. Poptin documents fixed and unique codes, expiry and dynamic delivery.
