Where Can I Find My Leads on Sleeknote?
Two places. If you connected an email tool, new Sleeknote leads go there. If you did not, you download a CSV from the dashboard.
Sleeknote's help article Where can I find my leads? (checked September 6, 2026) documents its retention policy: they keep new signups for three months, then delete them from their servers. Do not treat Sleeknote as the list.
How do I download leads from one campaign?
- Log in at dashboard.sleeknote.com/login.
- Open My Campaigns.
- Find the campaign, click the three dots, click Generate CSV File.
- Click Take me there. That jumps to Settings.
- Scroll to Download CSV, pick the file, download.
The file is the last three months of signups for that campaign.
How do I download every lead?
Same login. On My Campaigns, use Download CSV at the bottom of the page, then the same Settings step.
CSV files are removed from Sleeknote's servers two days after they are generated. Download once. Keep your own copy.
Verify the export before relying on it
| Check | What to inspect |
|---|---|
| Campaign scope | The file covers the campaign or all-campaign selection you intended |
| Date coverage | Available signup dates match the period you need |
| Known test | A controlled test signup appears in the export |
| Field values | Expected values are present and readable |
| Destination comparison | Check whether the same test exists in your email system |
These are editorial verification steps, not a report of an account export. Keep the campaign and export time with your internal notes. A generated file is not proof of a complete historical list, especially outside the documented retention window.
Investigate a missing destination record
First check the intended email-system account and list. If a signup appears in the export but not at its destination, inspect the integration and field mapping. Keep an example and its timestamp for troubleshooting; do not assume mapping is the only possible cause.
Before importing recovered records, check the destination’s import behavior, existing contact status and intended follow-up. A CSV record alone does not establish that every contact should enter a new marketing flow. Test a controlled record first and verify the resulting fields and status.
Integration guides: Mailchimp, Drip and Agillic.

Questions before you decide
Frequently asked questions
Is the CSV download available for the full three-month lead-retention period?
No. Sleeknote documents two separate periods: leads are stored for three months after signup, while generated CSV files are deleted from its servers after two days. Download the generated file promptly.
