Where Can I Find My Leads on Sleeknote?

Emel DalabasmazUpdated August 23, 20261 min read

Two places. If you connected an email tool, new Sleeknote leads go there. If you did not, you download a CSV from the dashboard.

Sleeknote's help article Where can I find my leads? (checked 23 August 2026) is still the source. One GDPR-shaped rule: they keep new signups for three months, then delete them from their servers. Do not treat Sleeknote as the list.

How do I download leads from one campaign?

  1. Log in at dashboard.sleeknote.com/login.
  2. Open My Campaigns.
  3. Find the campaign, click the three dots, click Generate CSV File.
  4. Click Take me there. That jumps to Settings.
  5. Scroll to Download CSV, pick the file, download.
Download CSV option on the Sleeknote dashboard

The file is the last three months of signups for that campaign.

How do I download every lead?

Same login. On My Campaigns, use Download CSV at the bottom of the page, then the same Settings step.

Generate CSV file on the Sleeknote dashboard

CSV files are removed from Sleeknote's servers two days after they are generated. Download once. Keep your own copy.

What if the ESP is empty?

Sleeknote says you do not lose the lead if the integration fails. Download the CSV (three-month window) and import it. Then fix the mapping. See Mailchimp, Drip, Agillic.
