Sleeknote sells two products on every visitor band: Core, and Core and Gamification. There is no free plan. A 14-day trial covers every feature. No credit card.
The cheapest paid number we can put on a US invoice is $55 a month billed annually for Core at 0-25,000 monthly visitors. Monthly for that band is $69. Those USD figures come from a US crawl of sleeknote.com/pricing on 18 August 2026. An EU view of the same URL on 23 August 2026 showed €49 / €62 for the same plan (annual / monthly). Currency follows the visitor. We are not converting.
The screenshot below is the 2023 capture of that page. The live page still uses visitor bands and a monthly/annual toggle. Plan names on the live page are Core, not Lite/Basic/Plus. Ignore G2's old Lite/Basic/Plus table. Ignore this site's 2023 copy. Use the table further down.

How does Sleeknote meter usage?
By monthly visitors, not pageviews. Sleeknote's FAQ: a visitor is what Google Analytics calls a user. One person who opens three pages, and sees three campaigns, counts as one visitor.
The page also prints a rough pageview equivalent (about 3x visitors). That is a hint, not a bill. The bill is visitors.
Annual plans pre-load the year's visitor allowance, so a Black Friday spike does not, on paper, force an upgrade if the rest of the year is quieter. Monthly plans do not get that smoothing.
Go over the band and Sleeknote says it will not disable campaigns. It emails you at 75% and 90%, then upgrades you past 100%. That is the vendor FAQ. We have not watched it happen.
What do Core and Core + Gamification cost?

|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0-25,000 | $69 | $55 | $95 | $76 |

USD rows for 125k visitors and up, and the gamification add-on above 50k, did not appear in the US crawl we could archive. They are unverifiable in dollars from here. The EUR table below covers every public band.
Euros (EU view of sleeknote.com/pricing, 23 August 2026)
| Monthly visitors (pageview hint) | Core monthly | Core billed annually | Core + Gamification monthly | Core + Gamification billed annually |

Annual is 20% off monthly on every public band. The 300-500k Core card also lists 1-3 free campaigns, a success manager, and check-in meetings. Lower bands list phone, chat, and email support, unlimited campaigns, and unlimited domains. They do not list a named success manager on the public cards.

What is in Core vs the gamification add-on?
Almost everything product-wise is in Core. The add-on is the game templates.
| Core | Core and Gamification | |
|---|---|---|
| Campaigns / domains | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Collect emails, sell more, guide, connect | Yes | Yes |
| A/B tests, rule engine, geo, retargeting | Yes | Yes |
| Mobile editor, custom fonts, custom code | Yes | Yes |
| Phone, chat, email support | Yes | Yes |
| Remove branding | Yes | Yes |
| Spin to Win, Scratch to Win, Quiz | No | Yes |
| Seasonal Calendar, Daily Offers | No | Yes |
| Learn to Earn | No | Yes |
If you only need a discount popup and an exit-intent email capture, Core is the plan. If you want a wheel or an Advent calendar, you pay the add-on on the same visitor band.
How does the trial, refund, and billing work?
- Trial: 14 days, all features, no card. After it ends, campaigns stop showing. Data stays. You pick a plan from the dashboard.
- Refund: 30 days on monthly, 100 days on annual, "no questions asked" if you contact Customer Success. Source: the pricing page.
- Billing: Stripe. Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Invoice on request.
- Cancel: Contact support. The FAQ says they cancel immediately.
- Change plan: Dashboard → Pricing. See Can I change my pricing plan at any time on Sleeknote?.
The in-product help article What pricing plans do you offer? is stale. It still says "five different plans" and uses a Pro-account example (€684 a year saved). The live page is Core vs Core + Gamification. Trust the live page for numbers.
How does this sit against other popup tools?
Sleeknote is not cheap. Several tools on this site publish a free plan. Sleeknote does not.
| Tool | Free tier | Meter | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sleeknote | Trial only | Visitors | $55/mo billed annually to start (US, Core 0-25k, Aug 2026) |
| OptiMonk | Free plan | Pageviews | Closest product match (gamification). Cheaper entry. |
| Poptin | Free plan | Visitors | Budget pick. |
| OptinMonster | No free plan | Annual plans | Testing and templates, not games. |
| Privy | Free plan | Contacts | Shopify capture + email/SMS. |
| Wisepops | Unknown | Pageviews | Public prices were pulled. Demo form now. |
We are not reprinting other vendors' 2023 dollar figures as if they were still current. Follow each pricing page.
Who should actually pay this?
Pay it if you have more than one domain, you want phone support on the first invoice, and the popup has to match the store. The unlimited-domain rule is the part of the price that is hard to copy.
Do not pay it to "try popups." Use Poptin or OptiMonk for that. Do not pay it if you only need a bar. Use Hello Bar.
The product still exists under this name. Founders bought Sleeknote and Drip back in November 2025. Pricing did not hide behind a sales form, unlike Wisepops.
