Questions before you decide
Frequently asked questions
What should I check when a campaign does not appear?
Start with installation access, the intended page and the campaign’s display conditions. Test as a visitor who matches those conditions before changing several settings. The official feature list distinguishes page, timing and audience rules, which helps isolate a display problem.
Should I change the offer and trigger in the same test?
If you change both, the result cannot isolate which change mattered. Our recommendation is to define the question first and vary one relevant factor where practical. OptinMonster offers variant testing, but selecting the experiment is still an editorial and operational decision.
What should I capture before asking support for help?
Record the campaign, page URL, device, approximate time and the condition or delivery step that failed. Include a reproducible example without credentials. This is our troubleshooting checklist, not a claim about a support response-time guarantee.
How should I check a campaign before a scheduled promotion?
Preview the mobile layout, confirm the offer dates and test the downstream action. Also check the selected plan’s scheduling availability and impression allowance so a campaign launch does not hide a billing or delivery problem.
How do I contact OptinMonster support?
Use the support-ticket link in the official documentation while signed in to your account. Include the affected page, campaign and a concise description of the expected and actual behavior. The older support guide also describes a WordPress debugging PDF; confirm the current plugin interface before following its menu steps. Keep credentials out of your initial diagnostic example.
Does OptinMonster have human support on weekends?
The documentation checked on 6 September 2026 describes its AI assistant as available 24/7 and its human team as available Monday through Friday. Do not interpret the assistant’s availability as weekend human coverage or a response-time guarantee. Confirm any launch-critical support requirement with the provider before scheduling a promotion.
