Connect OptinMonster to Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Brevo (the Integrations card no longer says Sendinblue), WooCommerce, WPForms or Marketo. Marketo is not on the 2026 pricing grid; the old docs URL 404s.

Integration options and setup checks

Choose the connection for your workflow, then verify what reaches the destination. These are source-based findings; the checks below are our evaluation guidance, not hands-on test results.

Website installation

The pricing FAQ says installation requires a website that permits custom JavaScript in the page body.

Availability:
Confirm installation access with your CMS or site owner.
Before you rely on it:
Separate permission to install the script from the availability of store-specific targeting rules.

Shopify and WooCommerce

The plan cards group Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and other ecommerce integrations under Growth.

Availability:
Growth; check the exact commerce action you need.
Before you rely on it:
Test the cart or product condition used by your campaign. Basic script installation is not evidence that ecommerce targeting is included.

Email and CRM destinations

The vendor describes native ESP/CRM connections, while pricing separates Basic, Advanced and Pro integrations.

Availability:
Depends on the particular connector; the captured directory did not expose a readable complete connector list.
Before you rely on it:
Verify the named provider and minimum plan before purchase. Check required fields and a test subscriber in the destination.

Webhooks and Zapier

These offer routing options beyond a native connection.

Availability:
Pro and higher; Zapier and Uncanny Automator are named on the Pro card.
Before you rely on it:
Document the payload, destination and person responsible for delivery failures. Budget any separate automation subscription.

JavaScript events

The features page describes a JS Events API for custom behavior.

Availability:
Developer implementation required; confirm entitlement for the intended use.
Before you rely on it:
Do not equate a browser event interface with unrestricted server-side API access. Check the exact event and integration documentation.

Suggested setup checks

Trace capture through to delivery

Use a repeatable test so each change has a clear expected outcome.

  1. Record the requirement

Name the intended audience, campaign and destination before changing settings.

  2. Test the relevant step

Check installation and display separately from the form submission and follow-up message.

  3. Keep the result

Record what passed or failed, then repeat the same test after the fix.

Questions before you decide

Frequently asked questions

Does a native integration guarantee every field will sync?

No. The features page describes native ESP/CRM connections, while pricing divides integration access by tier. Confirm the required fields and destination behavior in the connector’s own setup guide before purchasing or migrating.

When should I consider webhooks or Zapier?

Consider them when a native connector does not cover the required workflow. Both are listed on Pro. Include external automation costs and responsibility for failed deliveries in the decision; the presence of a routing option does not prove the whole workflow is configured.

Does Shopify installation include every ecommerce feature?

Do not assume it does. The pricing cards place ecommerce integrations on Growth, while the general installation FAQ describes JavaScript installation across platforms. Check the exact store-data action you need against the selected plan.

How do I verify that a welcome flow is connected correctly?

Submit a fresh test contact, inspect the destination list and fields, and check the expected message. If the same contact can enter more than one flow, check for duplication. This is an acceptance check for the documented lead-routing capability, not a report of a live account test.

Does an impression event prove tracking completed?

The JavaScript Events API distinguishes an attempt from a completed tracking action. Its documentation says om.Analytics.impression fires when tracking is attempted, while om.Analytics.track is the event to use to know tracking occurred. Similarly, om.Campaign.canLoad does not guarantee display. Use the event that matches the outcome you need, then validate the downstream analytics destination.

Why can a HubSpot contact arrive without a welcome email?

OptinMonster’s HubSpot guide separates contact delivery from HubSpot email automation. If the test contact reaches HubSpot but no message arrives, inspect the HubSpot workflow and its eligibility rules. Use a fresh test address because an existing contact can be handled differently, and keep the submission time so you can trace the same attempt.

Which HubSpot list can OptinMonster send leads to?

The current connection guide says the native integration selects a HubSpot Static List; Active Lists are not offered in that selector. If you assign a HubSpot form, its fields must match the OptinMonster campaign or the submission can fail. Verify the chosen list, form and mapped properties with one controlled submission.
