The 2023 page said Wisepops had a free plan from $49, then contradicted itself with $15. Both are wrong now. Mailmunch's published Premium numbers are current as of the date above.

Features: capture vs capture-and-send
Mailmunch will collect the address and, on paid plans, send the welcome and the broadcast from the same login. That is the point for publishers and small shops that do not want a second ESP bill. Wisepops collects the address (and SMS) and pushes it to Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Omnisend and the rest. The homepage is explicit: keep Klaviyo for email, use Wisepops for the on-site layer.
Campaign types: Wisepops has popups, bars, embeds, quizzes, feed, web push. Mailmunch has popups, forms, landing pages, scroll boxes. If landing pages are on the shopping list, Mailmunch covers a job Wisepops does not. If web push and a notification feed are, Wisepops covers a job Mailmunch does not.
Custom HTML/CSS is a Wisepops strength. Mailmunch's editor is simpler and, on our last profile, weaker on form widths and design control. That still matches how the two products are sold.
Integrations: Wisepops, Mailmunch. Mailmunch has no public API on our last profile. Wisepops lists APIs/webhooks on the Shopify sheet; we have not verified a public API ourselves.
Which one is cheaper?
Mailmunch, by a lot, until the contact meter climbs. Premium includes 1,000 contacts at $19.99/month. Wisepops does not bill on contacts. It bills on pageviews, so a high-traffic site with a small list can pay Wisepops more than Mailmunch, and a huge list on a quiet site can flip that. Run the two meters against your actual numbers. Don't compare "starting at" in isolation.
Who should pick which?
Mailmunch if the goal is a bigger list on a small budget, or you want email in the same tool. Wisepops if you already pay for Klaviyo (or similar) and the missing piece is on-site targeting, tests and extra channels.
Pricing: Wisepops, Mailmunch. Reviews: Wisepops, Mailmunch. Other options: Wisepops alternatives.
