Sleeknote pricing depends on two decisions: the campaign feature set and the website's visitor volume. Core covers the standard onsite product. Core + Gamification adds wheels, scratch cards, quizzes, Learn to Earn, seasonal calendars and daily offers.

The public site delivered euro prices to our crawler on 6 September 2026. The Shopify App Store showed a US starting price of $69/month. Because Sleeknote localizes price presentation, capture the currency, billing interval, traffic band and checkout total shown to the buyer instead of converting one regional page into a universal quote.

What is included?

Every public price card lists unlimited campaigns, unlimited domains, and phone, chat and email support. The detailed matrix places standard campaign products, targeting, A/B tests, analytics, custom code and integrations in both choices.

Entitlement Core Core + Gamification
Forms, popups and standard onsite campaigns Included Included
Unlimited campaigns and domains Included Included
Mobile optimization, targeting and A/B tests Included Included

Phone, chat and email support Included Included

The 300,000–500,000 visitor cards additionally name one to three free campaigns, a success manager and check-in meetings. Confirm their scope and delivery terms before treating them as implementation services.

What counts as a visitor?

Sleeknote defines a visitor as what Google Analytics calls a user. One person who views several pages during a visit counts once, rather than once per page. The pricing page also shows approximate pageview equivalents, but pageviews are explanatory and are not the selected billing unit.

Do not copy a number from analytics without checking its identity rules, time zone, bot filtering and reporting period against Sleeknote's count. Save both measurements during the trial and investigate a material difference.

How does annual billing handle seasonal traffic?

Sleeknote says an annual plan provides the visitor allowance upfront. That allows a busy period, such as Black Friday, to balance against quieter months. A monthly subscription resets its allowance each month.

For an annual decision, forecast the total year and the busiest campaign period. Confirm the exact annual allowance on the order because a monthly-equivalent price does not by itself show the purchased traffic quantity or renewal total.

What happens after the visitor limit?

The pricing FAQ says Sleeknote does not disable campaigns when an account approaches its visitor limit. It sends notifications at 75% and 90%, then upgrades the account to the next plan after usage exceeds 100%.

That protects campaign delivery but creates a billing risk. Assign an owner to the notices, record the next tier's cost and decide whether a traffic spike should trigger a higher plan, a campaign pause or a support conversation. More than 500,000 monthly visitors requires a custom quote.

Trial and post-trial behavior

The trial lasts 14 days, requires no credit card and provides immediate access to all products and features. Sleeknote says campaigns, leads and data remain in the account after an unpaid trial ends, while campaigns stop displaying until a paid plan is selected.

Use the trial to establish:

  • the measured visitor count and projected paid band;
  • whether Core is sufficient or a required format needs gamification;
  • a working desktop and mobile campaign;
  • correct suppression, targeting and frequency behavior;
  • correct fields, consent and deduplication in the destination platform;
  • an explainable difference between campaign and analytics reporting.

Refund, payment and cancellation terms

The pricing page publishes a money-back guarantee of 30 days for a monthly plan and 100 days for an annual plan when Customer Success is contacted. Save the applicable wording and purchase date; a guarantee statement is not a substitute for the terms attached to a specific order.

Sleeknote says it bills monthly or annually through Stripe, accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and can invoice directly. The public FAQ says cancellation requires contacting Customer Support and is handled immediately. Record the effective cancellation date and data-export plan in writing.

One help-center pricing article still refers to “five different plans,” sessions and a Pro-account example. The live pricing page uses visitor bands with Core and Core + Gamification. Use the live plan card and checkout for a new purchase, while asking support to explain any account-specific legacy label.

Build a Sleeknote purchase record

Before approval, save:

  1. region, currency and tax treatment;
  2. monthly or annual billing and total amount due;
  3. Core or Core + Gamification;
  4. selected visitor band and measured baseline;
  5. next-band price and alert owner;
  6. annual visitor allowance if applicable;
  7. campaign, domain, user and support entitlements;
  8. refund window, cancellation method and effective date;
  9. data export and retention behavior after trial or cancellation;
  10. source URLs, capture date and written clarifications.

This record makes later comparisons defensible. A visitor, session, pageview, popup impression and captured lead are different quantities.

What the search results establish

All seven results returned for “Sleeknote pricing” were reviewed or attempted. Sleeknote and Shopify are the direct sources. Software Advice supplies secondary regional context. OptiMonk and Wisepops sell competing popup products, so their comparisons are treated as vendor-controlled. Jotform also sells form software and its article is secondary. Zigpoll's comparison includes inconsistent plan wording.

The sources agree that pricing begins with a visitor band and that a trial is available, but their currency and quoted starting amounts differ. The current regional price card and selected checkout therefore control the purchase. Google returned no People Also Ask questions for this query, so the FAQ uses current vendor questions and buyer-focused editorial questions.

Research boundaries

No checkout, account, invoice, refund, cancellation or live overage was tested. Dynamic pricing can vary by region and may change after this date. This page records the public offer and the operational questions a buyer should resolve; the selected order is the final quote.
