If you have forgotten your password for a Hello Bar account that was created manually (with a password), you can reset it by following these steps:
- Click "Forgot your password?" on the Sign In page of the Hello Bar dashboard.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Click the "Submit" button.
- Check your email for a password reset message. The message will include instructions for resetting your password.
- Check your spam folder if you don't find the password reset email in your inbox.
If you create your account using Google verification, you will not be able to reset your password as no password data was stored in Hello Bar's servers.
In this case, you will need to log in using your Google credentials by visiting the Sign In page and clicking the "Login With Google" button.
