How to Integrate Mailmunch with Mailchimp

Short answer. On the form's Integrate step, pick Mailchimp, sign in, choose the list, set double opt-in and tags, map fields, then publish. Test-subscribe and check the Mailchimp row in that contact's User Journey. Checked against Mailmunch help on 23 August 2026.

Mailmunch can send the list itself. You only need this connect if Mailchimp is still the inbox you send from.

How do you connect a form to Mailchimp?

1. In Mailmunch, open Campaigns.

2. Click Create New Campaign (top right), or edit an existing form and skip to Integrate.

3. Choose Form/Popup, then a form type.

4. Hover a template and click Use Template.

5. Give the form a title, pick or create a Mailmunch list, and start building. Design the campaign.

6. On Integrate, select the Mailchimp logo.

7. Enter the Mailchimp username and password in the dialog. Mailmunch's live help article still describes that login, not an API key and not OAuth. If Mailchimp now shows an app-permission screen instead, finish that screen and come back to the list picker.

8. When the account title appears, set Mailchimp double opt-in, pick the active Mailchimp list, add tags if you use them, and map Mailmunch fields to Mailchimp merge fields.

9. Toggle Publish this form to blue.

10. Click Finish.

11. Test-subscribe on the live page. In Mailmunch, open Subscribers. The test contact should sit at the top, with a Mailchimp update in User Journey confirming the sync.

If the contact is in Mailmunch but missing in Mailchimp, Mailmunch keeps a separate article: Why are my subscribers not showing in MailChimp?. The usual miss is "no active list selected."

Wix users who installed the "Mailchimp Forms by Mailmunch" app can also manage that connect under Site Settings. More: Mailmunch integrations.
