If you are not satisfied with your OptinMonster purchase within the first 14 days, you may be eligible to receive a full refund.
It is important to note that no full or partial refunds will be issued after the 14-day refund period has passed.
Additionally, canceling your subscription does not automatically initiate the refund process. You must follow the steps below to request a refund if you are still within the refund period.
To request a refund, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your OptinMonster account and select the "Help" link at the top of the dashboard.
2. In the popup, select "Submit a Ticket."
3. In the ticket form, select "I would like to request a refund" from the "What can we help you with today?" dropdown menu. You may also include a message explaining the reason for your refund request.
4. Click "Submit" to send your request.
You will receive an email follow-up regarding your request during normal support hours. If you do not receive an email within 24-48 hours, please re-submit your request to ensure it was not lost.
