ADI Editor (if you are still on it for the embed, even though the app wants the Wix Editor): Site Actions > Edit Site > Add > Section to Page > HTML Embed > Settings > Website embed type > paste the permalink. If the embed is blank, disable Invisible reCAPTCHA under Privy Settings > Scripts & Tracking, save, and retry. Privy may still fire reCAPTCHA in the background if it thinks the submit is a bot.

Requirements: Wix Premium plan, a connected domain, and the Wix Editor. ADI is not supported for the app. Privy email and cart data are richer if you also use the Wix Stores add-on. Without it, you get displays and signup storage, not catalog features.

Why are displays not showing?

Wix cookie banners block Convert until the visitor consents. Either turn the banner off (Privacy & Cookies) or accept that the first view will not show a popup. Cross-sell displays on Wix need product IDs typed in by hand. Privy does not sync the Wix catalog.

Frequently asked questions

Does Wix get the same Shopify automations?

No. Abandoned cart and product blocks expect Shopify or BigCommerce. Wix Stores adds some contact and order data. It is not the same catalog sync.

Will uninstalling the Wix app cancel Privy?

No. Cancel the plan in Privy under Plans & Billing. Same warning as Shopify.
