How to Integrate Popupsmart with Klaviyo

Klaviyo needs a private API key and a list. Connect it on the Popupsmart form element, pick the list, map fields. Shopify stores usually want this plus the embed app, not a second capture tool.

How do I connect it?

  1. Campaign with a form → click the form on Customize → Add integration → Klaviyo → Connect.
  2. Add new Klaviyo API (or pick a saved one).
  3. In Klaviyo: account (bottom left) → Settings → API Keys → Create Private API Key. Name it, pick access level and scopes, Create.

  1. Copy Key. Paste into Popupsmart with a connection name. Save.

  1. Details: choose the list (create one under Lists and Segments if the dropdown is empty). Match fields. Save.

Klaviyo's own Shopify app still owns orders, checkout, and flows. Popupsmart only pushes the opt-in. Do not install two popup apps and both write to the same list without a filter; you will double-opt people.
