How to Change Site Name & Site Domain on Mailmunch?

Short answer. Log in, pick the site, open Site Settings (bottom left), then General, and edit the name or domain in Site info. The domain must start with http:// or https://. WordPress and Shopify users should leave the domain alone. Checked against Mailmunch's help article on 23 August 2026.

Mailmunch treats each website as a "site" inside your account. The name is a label for you. The domain is how Mailmunch knows which forms belong on which install.

The 2023 version of this page said "Manage Site" in the top bar. The live help article now points at Site Settings in the bottom left. The screenshot below is the older control. The destination is the same settings screen.

How do you change the site name or domain?

1. Log in at app.mailmunch.com and open the site you want to edit.

2. Click Site Settings in the bottom left of the dashboard.

Manage Site on Mailmunch by clicking the proper icon

3. Open General. That block holds site information and business details.

4. Edit the name and the domain under Site info. Put http:// or https:// on the domain. Mailmunch's own article flags this; a bare example.com is not enough.

5. Click Save changes.

What if the site is WordPress or Shopify?

Do not change the domain.

Mailmunch uses that domain as the identifier for the plugin or app. If you edit it, the WordPress plugin or Shopify app can unlink from the site and the forms disappear. The help article states this as a hard warning, not a suggestion.

If the store URL actually changed, talk to Mailmunch support before you type the new one in. For a custom sending domain on landing pages, that is a different flow (CNAME under Domains & Emails), documented in Publishing on a custom domain.
