How to Edit a Campaign on Mailmunch?
A 2022 UI pass moved Campaigns from the left sidebar to the top of the screen. If your account still shows a left-nav item, it is the same list. Source: Campaigns, the redesigned Mailmunch.
How do you edit a live campaign?
1. Log in to Mailmunch and open Campaigns.
2. Find the campaign. Click the three vertical dots and choose Edit.

3. Click an element on the form. The left panel switches to that element's settings: content, fields, layout, appearance, behaviour. Switch between Form view and Success view if you are editing the thank-you state, not the signup state.
4. When the copy and design are right, toggle Publish this form to blue and click Finish. If you skip the toggle, you have a draft sitting on top of the live campaign and visitors still see the previous version.
The same three-dot menu still exposes deactivate, duplicate, delete and A/B test. You can reopen a campaign later; publishing is not a one-way lock.
