Short answer. On the form's Integrate step, pick ActiveCampaign and paste the API URL and API key from ActiveCampaign Settings > Developer > API Access. Choose the list, map fields, then publish. Checked against Mailmunch's help article on 23 August 2026.

New signups on that form then land on the ActiveCampaign list you picked. Mailmunch still keeps its own copy under Subscribers.

The 2023 version of this page copied a Mailmunch help-centre bug: step 9 talked about Campaign Monitor on an ActiveCampaign screen. We are not repeating that. Double opt-in, list pick and field mapping are ActiveCampaign settings.

How do you connect a form to ActiveCampaign?

1. In Mailmunch, open Campaigns.

2. Click Create New Campaign (top right), or open an existing form and skip to the Integrate step.

3. Choose Form/Popup.

4. Give the form a title, pick or create a Mailmunch list, and confirm.

5. Pick a form type and a template, then design the campaign.

6. On Integrate, select the ActiveCampaign logo.

7. Paste your ActiveCampaign API URL and API key, then save. Those values live in ActiveCampaign under Settings > Developer > API Access. ActiveCampaign documents that screen in Getting started with the API.

8. Once the account title appears, set double opt-in if you use it, pick the ActiveCampaign list, and map Mailmunch fields to ActiveCampaign fields.

9. Toggle Publish this form to blue and click Finish.
